These plaques are great for yearly recognition.

These plaques come with a HEADER PLATE and INDIVIDUAL PLATES. Some styles of plaques have from 12 up to 120 individual plates.

***In order to process individual plate engravings correctly, we have devised a form which will be emailed to you to fill out after the order is recieved. This ensures proper spelling of each plate engraving.***

Recognition Plaques
These Walnut finished plaques come fully assembled. These feature a Single Head Plate of either Black or Gold Brass. You have your choice of either Black Brass, which features a brilliant Gold engraving, or Gold with Silver engraving. See Pull down for choice of style. These plaques come in a separate presentations box. Each plaque holds 12 individual plates. The Header plates holds up to 4 lines of 40 characters. The individual plates hold up to two engraved lines.

The Header plate and first two individual plates are engraved for FREE. There will be a $3.00 charge for each individual plate engraved.

Remember to watch for our Individual Plates Engraving Form email. This form ensures correct spelling on each individual plate. Once this form is email back to Awards Plus, we can start engraving each plate to complete your order.

This perpetual plaque holds up to 12 plates
This walnut-finished plaque comes fully assembled. It features a double-header plate of Black Brass over Gold. The price includes a presentation box. There is a choice of Mylar theme insert. Refer to pull down for theme choice.

The header plate and first small plate are engraved free of charge. The header plate holds up to 4 to 5 lines depending on text. The header plate holds 40 characters per line. The first small plate holds 20 characters per line. 2 lines are maximum recommended.

If additional plates are needed to be engraved, there will be a charge of $3.00 per plate.
